Glenmary seeks an individual to provide administrative and/or clerical support to the Treasurer/Chief Administrator. Includes but not limited to: preparing information and schedules on fleet and payroll for auditors, assist in budgetary process, track corporate filing requirements, maintain Notary Commission designation, assist in administration of commercial insurance program, maintain state tax records, and prepares tax returns, maintains payroll records and processes payroll information. Excellent writing skills and computer knowledge necessary. Must be able to take direction and do necessary correspondence for all activities in the office. Familiarity with the Catholic Church preferred. High school required, some college preferred. Accounting knowledge required.
